WHAT FLOOR PLANS DO YOU OFFER?

We offer 3 bedroom 2.5 bath townhomes with attached 1 car garage and 1,354 square feet. Each townhome has a private driveway.

are garages included?

Yes, 1 car attached garages are included. There is also a private driveway allowing for one more vehicle to be parked for a total of 2 parking spots per townhome. There is also ample guest parking available.

are pets allowed?

Yes! We allow as many as 2 pets per townhome. Dog breed restrictions include fully or partial pit bull, german shepard, doberman, rottweiler, akitas, and mastiffs. Others may be added.

what utilities are included?

No utilities are included in the base rent. Residents are responsible for paying water, sewer, gas, and electric based on usage.

what are the additional fees?

Residents pay an additional $135 per month to include HOA and renter's liability waiver.

what school districts serve this community?

We are in the Bonneville Joint School District #93. This includes Summit Hills Elementary School, Rocky Mountain Middle School, and Bonneville High School.

are your townhomes furnished?

No, our townhomes are leased unfurnished, allowing residents to personalize your living space.
